Frerejean Frères
Rosé 2012 Premier Cru
A vintage rosé characterized by the beautiful maturity and balanced acidity of 2012, an exceptional year for a vintage. A pale blush color and complex textures make FJF's rosé 2012 premier cru a journey of discovery.
HARVEST NOTE
• Vintage 2012
• Tête de cuvée
• Malolactic Fermantation
• 8 years on the lies
• Low dosage
• Late Disgorgement
TASTING NOTE
On the nose, the Rosé 2012 develops aromas of red berry fruits, with hints of raspberries on the finish. On the palate, textures of Mirabelle plum and toasted brioche, are complemented by its unctuosity and structure.
FOOD PAIRING
We would recommend the Rosé to be enjoyed as an aperitif, with a Seafood platter or with a chocolate dessert such a Chocolate Fondant or a Black Forest Gateau.
